Durch die komplett neu entwickelte Schneidengeometrie des ULTIMATECUT von RUKO werden die Axial- sowie Radialkräfte, die beim Senkvorgang auf das Werkzeug einwirken, enorm reduziert. Der speziell entwickelte, variabel verlaufende Hinterschliff sorgt für einen sehr ruhigen Senkvorgang. Dieser erzeugt eine exakte, runde und ratterfreie Oberfläche der Senkung und garantiert dadurch beste Ergebnisse. Speziell entwickelte Spanraumparameter, wie Spanwinkel, Übergangsradius sowie die extra breite Spannut sorgen für eine optimale Span- und Wärmeabfuhr und ermöglichen dadurch eine sehr hohe Verschleißfestigkeit. Zudem wirkt die neue Geometrie Materialverschweißungen entgegen und reduziert die Senkkräfte enorm. Beim Senkvorgang ist nun deutlich weniger Vorschubkraft erforderlich. Materialien können wahlweise mit sehr hohen als auch niedrigen Schnittgeschwindigkeiten bearbeitet werden, ohne dabei an Qualität beim Senkergebnis zu verlieren. Der ULTIMATECUT erreicht beste Performance in fast allen Materialien und Anwendungen.
