Der bürstenlose Motor mit eingebautem Controller erlaubt adaptive Anpassung der Schnittgeschwindigkeit und kann sowohl im High-Speed Modus als auch im Modus mit besonders hohem Drehmoment betrieben werden. Der Schleifer passt sich automatisch nach der entsprechenden Belastung an und verfügt über eine Akkustandanzeige. Der Seitengriff lässt sich individuell nach Ihren Bedürfnissen anbringen und der Korpus ist mit Soft-Grip für optimalen Halt ausgestattet. Der DGA 458 schützt sich automatisch vor Überhitzen, Überladen und Tiefentladen der Akkus.
