Der DeWalt DWE 492 S ist ein 2200 Watt starker, kompakter Einhand - Winkelschleifer mit 230 mm Schleiftellerdurchmesser und spezieller "Jetstream"-Kühlluftführung, welche abrasive Staubpartikel aus der Luft filtert und so wirkungsvoll den Motor schütz und zugleich die Lebensdauer des Gerätes erhöht. Die neue Motorarchitektur saugt die Kühlluft ohne zusätzliches Lüfterrad an und verbessert so die Effizienz. Zusätzlich ist der Motor mit Epoxyd-Harz gepanzert, was ebenfalls die Lebensdauer steigert.
