Der Exzenterschleifer GEX 125-150 AVE von Bosch hat eine extrem niedrige Vibration und ein geringes Gewicht von nur 2,4kg. Er eignet sich deshalb für den Dauereinsatz auf der Baustelle. Durch die Entkopplung von Antriebs- und Gehäuseeinheit wird ein Schwingungswert von nur 2,5 m/s² erreicht. Das Gerät lässt sich, je nach Bedarf, mit Schleiftellern von 125 oder 150 mm Durchmesser bestücken. Dieser Exzenterschleifer verfügt über einen starken Motor mit einer Leistung von 400 Watt. Sowohl die integrierte elektronische Steuerung, als auch die Drehzahlvorwahl ermöglichen dem professionellen Handwerker, das System optimal auf das entsprechende Material abzustimmen. Das ist vor allem bei Arbeiten mit lackierten Werkstücken von Vorteil. Außerdem verfügt die Maschine über eine Reibbremse, die ein schnelles Abstellen des Gerätes ermöglicht. Dadurch wird die Arbeitseffizienz optimiert, wenn z.B. häufig zwischen unterschiedlichen Tätigkeiten oder Werkstücken gewechselt werden muss.
