The Picard Roofers Hammer 0020700 is hand forged from special steel with great care and is particularly hardened (after annealing, the head, neck and tip are cooled with cold oil). The head is finely polished, spray-painted transparent and covered with a rust protection. The leather handle makes it comfortable to work with. This hammer is suitable for right-handed people and can be used for drilling holes in slates and for cutting them. Its weight of 700 grams and its all steel handle guarantee an efficient use of the hammer. On the other hand, the pointed hammer 0021001 has a black powder coated head and has been manufactured in such a way that it is protected against rust. Its head is fixed to the round ash handle, made of forged springs, by means of an annular key. Thanks to its weight of only 450 grams, it can be worn comfortably on the belt for a long time. The hammer is mainly used for fixing and drilling nail holes on slates.
