Applications: flexible hose for abrasive powder, bulk material, granulate, gases, conveying of dry and frozen foodstuffs and pharmaceuticals, vacuum and suction conveyors, dosing systems, mixers, dryers, packaging machines, big bag filling/emptying, mills, industrial and hoovers Properties: medium-weight design, highly abrasion-resistant, approval in accordance with EU Regulation 10/2011 and EC 1935/2004 and the latest EU Regulation 2015/174 by an independent testing institute for the entire hose, polyurethane food-safe in accordance with: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and 178.2010, odourless and tasteless, resistant to microbes and hydrolysis, good resistance to oil, petrol and chemicals, very good low-temperature flexibility, flame-retardant according to: UL94-HB, RoHS compliant, approval in accordance with EU Regulation 10/2011 (food simulants A, B, C or E and D2) and EC 1935/2004 - manufacturing process in accordance with GMP EC 2023/2006 Construction: 1. Spring steel wire firmly moulded into the wall, 2. Wall: special premium ether polyurethane (Pre-PUR ® ), 3. wall thickness approx. 1.0 mm Temperature range: -40 °C to +90 °C (short +125 °C) Delivery variants: other versions, dimensions and lengths available on request
