This product exceeded my expectations, it's well-made and the quality is great. The delivery was fast and the packaging was secure and well-protected. However, I had an issue with the charger getting extremely hot when charging my phone, making it uncomfortable to handle, and it was also slightly damaged externally, which was a letdown. Despite this, I decided to return it for safety reasons, but I'm hoping to find a better charger soon.
