The 535 mm long cutting edge (490 mm cutting length) makes light work of large, demanding hedges and their topiary. The impact protection at the tip of the blade prevents damage from contact with walls, earth, etc.. The possible angles of 135° ( 90° upwards, 45° downwards ) ensure universal application. Makita's standardised workmanship promises a long service life.

      This product is a great cutter that works flawlessly, I would definitely buy it again. It cuts through materials perfectly, but it's quite heavy and can be tricky to handle, especially for longer tasks. The extension is a bit wobbly, which makes me feel less secure when using it, and it would be great if it were more stable and securely attached. Overall, it gets the job done, but its weight and shaky extension make it a bit more challenging to use.
