The DHR 281 is a powerful cordless hammer drill from Makita. The hammer drill is powered by two Makita 18 V batteries to fulfil the most demanding tasks. The device has a brushless motor, which has a significant positive effect on the service life and endurance of the device. A slip clutch protects the user if the hammer drill jams while working. Makita has also installed its Xtreme Protect Technology, which guarantees optimum protection against dust and splash water. This makes the drill extremely resistant and durable. The anti-vibration technology ensures a high level of comfort, counteracting signs of fatigue caused by vibrations. The tool also features a powerful LED that provides optimum illumination of the work area and a low battery warning indicator. The tool also comes with a convenient quick-change chuck.
