Product Description:
The Festool OF 1400 EBQ router impresses with its MMC electronics, which enables material-appropriate working, while the temperature monitoring and associated speed regulation and quick brake guarantee safe working. The milling depth can be set easily and accurately to tenths of a millimetre and, thanks to the rocker and the ratchet principle, enables the milling cutter to be changed quickly and easily. The device also has a tool-free copy ring change and a torsion-resistant base plate with guide columns clamped on both sides. With the Festool router you can round, chamfer, rebate and profile edges. The guide system allows you to groove back panels or countersink burr mouldings. Circles, cut-outs, sonic ex, cold joints or edge gears can be easily routed using the multi routing template and the routing aid. With the OF 1400 router you can mill solid surface materials (max. router cutter diameter 45 mm). The Festool router box contains all useful router bits. The base bodies are made of hardened quality steel and are highly wear-resistant. The precisely ground shanks ensure smooth running.
