Product Description:
The X551 Expert for Metal (EfM) has an impressive material removal rate on metal surfaces. The abrasive grain (60 grit) made of zirconium oxide-reinforced aluminium oxide and semi-precious aluminium oxide enables the best material removal rates with a long service life on metal. In addition, the extremely robust X-fabric as a stable backing ensures durability and consistently high performance on difficult surfaces. The full synthetic resin bonding of the abrasive grains on the X-fabric ensures optimum sanding behaviour. It is designed for deburring and preparing welding work on carbon steel, mild steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals as well as cast iron. It is also ideal for removing discolouration, deposits and surface imperfections. The X551 Expert for Metal is compatible with angle grinders.
